What should students expect in your classes?

Creative, playful, intelligent sequencing focused on mobility, strength, + accessible challenge. Vibes. A playlist that takes you on a journey. Opportunities to learn, consider, + grow. Rest + space to slow down + go inside. Sweat.

When you're not practicing yoga, what do you like to do?

Lover of all things outside. Book worm. Carer for two small humans. I'm probably doing a DIY project.

What/who inspires you?

Leaders at the forefront of human compassion and acceptance. Artists. Bravery. Authenticity. This community.

“A little irreverence so we know spirituality doesn't have to feel so serious. Empowered. Cared for. Supported.”

What do you love yoga?

Yoga is the longest relationship I've ever had in my life, and just like relationships with people, my love for it grows and changes as I myself evolve. Yoga has taught me so much about myself -- about how to resilient, about how to step into my power, about how to love and be gentle with myself, about compassion and empathy, about the willingness to challenged and to embrace change... all things you'll find in my classes. But what I love most about yoga is being in a room full of breathing, beautiful bodies in motion, with the perfect song playing, when time seems to drop away and I am perfectly present and free - in that moment I feel connected to something cosmic and magical and I feel joyfully alive. That's what I love most about yoga.

What challenges you in yoga?

The list is long! These days it's probably the unique and unpredictable pace of growth: I want everything now now now and yoga says: "Things will unfold in their own way."

What are the MOST important things you want your students to walk out of your class having experienced?

An opportunity to get what you need. Joy! The feeling of being truly alive. The opportunity to meet challenge; physical and mental. FUN. A little irreverence so we know spirituality doesn't have to feel so serious. Empowered. Cared for. Supported.
